How To Get Rid Of Hemorrhoids | Self Healing Techniques Series
The hemorrhoids are varicose expansion of hemorrhoid veins (an abnormally swollen vein ) in the anus or rectum.
This is one of the most widespread diseases. Symptoms of this disease include bleeding rectum, loss of hemorrhoidal bolus, accompanied by itching, inflammation and sometimes thrombosis. According to statistics women, and men are equally susceptible to hemorrhoids.
The chronic hemorrhoids behave cyclically, i.e. the condition improves and deteriorates in cycles. However left without a serious treatment this illness gradually progresses and can suddenly take the acute form which could lead to thrombosis.
The acute form of disease is characterized by a strong splitting pain and a sensation of having an alien object in rectum. These sensations are very acute during bowel movement, walking and sitting.

In my experience abdominal muscles are the hardest to maintain in good shape. This is even harder for women. It works in the best way if this is being done from the young age. It’s much harder to do if you weren’t paying attention to it and now decided to get a flat stomach and trim your waistline.
Why we need to keep our stomachs flat?
The obvious reason - is to look “good”, the less obvious one is to be healthy. Having a flat stomach helps prevent injuries and various diseases that can otherwise develop.

Constipation causes are multiple. The major ones are irregular diet, inactive way of life, side-effects of diseases or because of drugs taken to deal with those diseases, heredity, etc. There is much written about the causes.
What everyone wants to know is the best way to get rid of constipation. Most available solutions suggest taking one drug or another, some working better some worse. The main issue with any drugs is that your organism gets used to the chemicals and with time they become less and less effective. Increased dosage usually leads to new health issues.

How To Reduce Appetite | Self Healing Techniques Series

There are hundreds of various diets available. You can try one after another and get no long term results. The problem is not which diet to choose, but how to stick to it for long periods of time. The hardest part is doing it for a long period of time, and the main obstacle is the appetite.
You may have not known this, but having extra pounds requires more calories and therefore increased appetite. So it’s a chicken and egg problem. You want to lose those extra pounds, but those pounds make you eat even more.
So the key to a successful diet is in reducing the appetite. And the rest will follow.

Coping with Mental/Emotional Problems after Surgery
One day I run into a man who draw my attention, because his right hand hung limp. It was unusually thin and the muscles were atrophied. The right side of his face didn’t look quiet normal. The right eye was smaller than the left and his eyes expressed a lot of sadness. In our conversation he told me that several years ago he had an accident and had went thought several surgical operations. In opinion of the medical experts his right hand couldn’t be restored. Beside that, he had been suffering from a deep depression for a long time. He had no appetite and smoked a lot. He had bad dreams and he couldn’t sleep past 5am and he hardly ate. To add insult to injury he had issues with his sexual performance.
He didn’t work, because he had a disability. I wanted to try to help this man and I suggested that he come and see me.

The Secrets of Weight Control
There are many conflicting opinions on methods of losing weight and keeping it under control. While I was able to keep my weight under control during most of my life, I kept my eye on this problem and possible solutions, since I wanted to have a solution in case I were to gain weight.
