How To Get Rid Of Common Cold | Self Healing Techniques Series
There are probably not many people who haven’t at least once in their lives “caught” an acute viral nasopharyngitis, also known as acute coryza, usually referred to as the common cold.
It’s probably safe to say that this is the most common disease. The cold, nasal congestion, sore throat, cough and accompanying problems such as headaches and discomfort are symptoms of this acute respiratory disease.
While it’s possible to treat this disease, the best is to avoid getting it in first place, in particular for children, who have the hardest time coping with it.
Su Jok therapy has some simple techniques one can use to prevent and to get rid of this disease.

Anger Leads to Epigastric Pain
My patient came to me with her 14-year old daughter. The girl had been suffering from epigastric pain for a year. (“Epigastric pain” means pain in the stomach area.) During the epigastric pain sometimes there was a headache. At age of 12 the girl had the Gall Bladder removal operation. Her mom recalls that in her early childhood the girl often expressed anger and used to be very irritable.
The girl was very worried before the first treatment and refused to do acupuncture.
Her mom thought that some of the medicine her daughter took could have been the cause of the pain, but she couldn’t figure which one if any was at fault.

Distance Healing For Headaches
One of my patients, a fifteen year old girl, a swimmer, suffers from chronic back pain. She had a scoliosis, and often her swimming practice caused her bad back pain. Also she complained about periodic pains on the back of her head.
Recently she called me and told that she had to leave school because she felt a strong pain on the back of the head. I decided to perform distance healing using Su-Jok.
Diagnostics
The pain was probably connected with the energy meridian of Bladder that also testified the back pain.
