It’s known that in order to have a healthy life you needs to have a strong immune system. Your immune system takes care of eliminating most of the illnesses before they manifested themselves and it’s the one that helps you recover quickly from an illness if it happened anyway.

You probably heard that in order to have a strong immune system you need to avoid smoking (including passive smoking), moderate alcohol consumption, keep low stress levels and most importantly — follow a healthy diet.

However it’s also known that the immune system’s strength naturally diminishes with years, which explains why older generations are so prone to illnesses. Therefore it’s really critical to strengthen your immune system as you get older.
