Diagnosis

I diagnosed my patient using the TestBalance device according to Su Jok theory.

The result is shown in the following diagram. From the diagram the following things can be observed:

• A great deviation of the energy meridians tells that the women is in a stressful state.
• Deficiency of the Lung (Lu) meridian points to the chronic bronchitis and smoking.
• Excess of the Pericardium (Pc) meridian points to the “hot flashes” and palpitations.
• Deficiency of the Small Intestine (SI) and Triple Heater (Th) meridians points to lowered function of the thyroid.
• Deficiency of the Kidney (Ki) meridian is connected with “hot flashes” of the women.
• Excess of the Large Intestine and Spleen meridians and deficiency of the Stomach points to the constipation.

According to Su Jok theory the patient has a UM-Heat constitution. In this constitution three energies are in excess: Heat/Hotness (Heart and Pericardium meridians), Humidity (Spleen meridian) and Wind (Liver meridian) and two energies are in deficiency: Coldness (Kidney meridian) and Dryness (Lung meridian).

Treatment

In the first stage I did symptomatic therapy. The aim of that treatment was to remove the dominating symptoms of disease. I stimulated the corresponding points with needles, moxa and massage.

In the second stage I used Six Ki treatment on byol meridians. The treatment was directed to sedation of UM-Hotness in the basic corresponding system and sedation of Wind energy in structure of Heart for palpitation elimination which troubled my patient much.

I did seven treatment sessions. She has been feeling much better since the treatment. She returned for a follow up session six months later and the following diagnostics-test was performed at that time.

It can be seen from that diagram that now all energy systems are better balanced.

Diagnosis and Treatment

According to Su Jok theory any trauma leads to excess of Coldness energy. Therefore the purpose of the treatment was sedation of the Coldness energy in the affected area.

First of all I massaged the painful points according to Su-Jok’s basic and mini corresponding systems and warmed up them using Moxa. I then put needles to the same points for 30 minutes
which had a significant impact on the level of pain and my patient felt much better.

In a few days I returned to repeat the same treatment.

When she was able to walk again, she came to me and I continued the treatment at my clinic. I performed Energy Flow Therapy (EFT) for sedation of the Coldness energy in the area of the broken bone.

After plaster removal I continued the treatment using magnets and massage.

My patient reported that my Su-Jok treatments significantly improved her recovery time.

(A mouth ulcer is an open sore inside the oral cavity. Typically it looks like a white oval on flesh with an inflamed red border.)

Diagnosis

According to Su Jok theory the patient had an excess of the Dryness energy expressed in the painful ulcer. Humidity energy expressed in a swelling in the ulcer area and Heat energy expressed in any inflammatory process.

Here is the diagnostics diagram of my patient, that I performed using device TestBalance.

Treatment

I did two treatment sessions on this patient.

In the first session I put some needles to the painful points on the basic corresponding system according to Su Jok therapy. Thirty minutes later the ulcer was half the original size.

In the second session, on the following day, I performed Energy Flow Therapy. As known from TCM the window of the Stomach meridian is the mouth and according to Su Jok theory the mouth concerns to the Wind energy in the digestion system (Stomach). Therefore it was necessary to balance energy of Wind energy sub-branch (Gall Bladder) in branch Humidity energy (Stomach).

Two days later the patient reported that his ulcer disappeared completely.

The First Case

A 80 year-old women came to me for the treatment of her knee. She came leaning on the stick. Her right knee was swollen and painful. Her right leg was slightly bent. She had been suffering from the knee pain for a long period of time. Recently she has visited an orthopedist and received an injection in her knee, but it only helped for a short time. The pain returned a few days later. Apart from this she felt quite well.

Diagnosis

According to TCM we can deduce that the pain in her knee is due to invasion of Cold and Dampness in her body.

According to Su Jok theory this is the case of excessive Coldness and Humidity and Dryness energy in her knee.

A short introduction to the Su-Jok’s Six-Energy theory.

1. The Wind energy – initiates all physiological processes, provides their growth and change.
2. The Heat energy – makes active vital functions of an organism, raises metabolism.
3. The Hotness energy – harmonizes all functions and systems, provides maturation of organism.
4. The Humidity energy – creates the optimum vital habitat and the beginning of recession of all physiological functions. Also it controlls the liquid of the body.
5. The Dryness energy – slows down metabolism, controls recession of all physiological functions and provides their protection function.
6. The Coldness energy – controls the final stages of all physiological processes.

The age of my patient pointed to the Coldness energy.
The pain of the knee and her leg bending pointed to the Coldness and Dryness energy and little swelling of her knee to Humidity energy.

Treatment

The treatment was directed for reducing the Coldness energy in the knee and tonification the Heat energy.

Beside that, I put needles in the painful points on the basic corresponding system according to Su Jok therapy.

I continued the treatments for several months.

Now she walks without her walking stick and feels much better.

The Second Case

A man of 45 year suddenly felt pain in the right knee while doing sports. He decided to increase the intensity of his trainings hoping the pain will go away. But instead of getting better, his knee got worse. When he came to see me his knee was quite swollen and painful.

Diagnosis

This is a local stagnation of Qi and Blood from overuse of the joint.

Treatment

I performed the acupuncture according to TCM.

After seven treatments the pain and the knee swelling disappeared.

Diagnosis

According to Su Jok therapy issues with joints correspond to Wind energy and to the Gall Bladder and the Liver meridians. Considering that the illness has manifested itself rather recently and that the joints were swollen up, I concluded that this was the case excessive branch energies of Dryness and Humidity in AH-Wind (Gall Bladder). The joint swelling could be related to Humidity energy and their bending and pain to Dryness or Coldness energy.

Treatment

The treatment was directed to reduce the Dryness energy and tonify the Hotness energy in the Gall Bladder meridian.

Additionally, using Su Jok techniques, I put needles to the points corresponding to the finger joints — one needle for each finger.

At the end I explained to my patient how to attach a buckwheat grain on painful points for self-treatments at home.

After the first session the swelling of the joints reduced by about thirty percent. After a total of nine treatments her finger joints returned to normal.

Earlier I treated her for back problems. Also she was inclined to depression in connection with a problem in her family.

Diagnosis

I diagnosed my patient using the TestBalance device. The results summer up in the following diagram:

Based on these results it became obvious that patient’s constitution was A-Cold. In this constitution energy of Wind (meridian of the Gall Bladder – GB), energy of Cold (meridian the Bladder – BL) and energy of Dryness (meridian of the Large Intestine – LI) are in an excess and energies of Heat (meridian of the Heart – HR), Hotness (meridian of Triple Warmer – TH) and of the Humidity (meridian of the Stomach – ST ) are in deficiency. Such circumstances could result in pain and localization of this pain can be according to arrangement of the meridian of Gall Bladder over the eye.

Treatment

I massaged the painful points according to the basic correspondence system and mini-systems of Su-Jok Therapy and subsequently did acupuncture on the same points.

In parallel I put two needless in a point corresponding to the gall bladder in the basic Su Jok correspondence system.

In ten minutes the pain disappeared and so far didn’t come back.

Recently she called me and told that she had to leave school because she felt a strong pain on the back of the head. I decided to perform distance healing using Su-Jok.

Diagnostics

The pain was probably connected with the energy meridian of Bladder that also testified the back pain.

Treatment

At first I massaged the painful points on my thumb corresponding to the areas according to Su Jok therapy. Next I put the needles on the dummy hand, imaging the head of the girl. In half an hour she called me to report that the pain disappeared.

Both women were so devastated that they couldn’t talk or see other people. They couldn’t work and won’t even eat. The mother was an old family friend. We were trying to support them, but not much was changing, as the pain was so unbearable. L. was in a deep depression and wasn’t open to help.

One day I decided to try Su JoK Therapy for distance healing, (because we don’t live in the same country).

On the phone I told her the time I’m going to do the treatment. Then I performed the first treatment using the special dummy hand for imaging L.’s hand.

Just after a single treatment, L. reported that she was able to sleep for the first time since the death of her son.

I continued performing the same treatment at the same time every day for a period of one week. Each day I spoke with the patient and learned that day by day her depression was decreasing, her voice got stronger, she stopped crying and at the end of the week, was even able to return to work.

Delighted with success of the treatment, I decided to try to help her daughter-in-law. She sent me her photo by email. As she hadn’t been eating since her husband’s death her weight was then a mere 40kg (for her height is 1m70!). After treating her with Su-Jok she too was able to return to normal, started to eat, returned to work and was able to take care of her children.

Details of the Treatment

According to Su-Jok therapy the human body has six kinds of energy (six ki), that cooperate with each other. In healthy body they have been balanced. A disorder of energetic balance due to any cause-internal or external (like in this case-death of close relative) brings illness on the emotional and physical level. My patients suffered from stress-related disorders. In the majority of cases treatment of stress is carried out using psychotropic medication with sedative and depressing effects which, apart from negative consequences of their prolonged use, are inevitably accompanied by well-known side-effects of psychotropic preparations making their prescription to working people impossible.

Instead of using the usual approach I dealt with their stress using Su-Jok therapy, which is simple, universal and highly effective, and also has the great advantage of having no side effects.

By the terminology of Su-Jok therapy excess of “sadness energy” reduces energy of joy. My task was to balance both of these energies. I inserted the acupuncture needles to the corresponding places on the dummy hand, while in my mind I was imagining my patient.

The positive result came about immediately which was very rewarding for me.

Recently she has called me and complained about having an unbearable migraine. As I couldn’t meet with her in person at that moment, I decided to perform distance healing using Su-Jok.

Using my own finger I found a painful point corresponding to the areas of pain according to Su-Jok therapy and put needles there.

After that I went on with my affairs and for a while have forgotten about the needles on my finger. A casual movement has inserted one of the needles deeper inside and I immediately felt pain and pulled the needles out, realizing that it wasn’t such a good idea to walk around with needles stuck in my hand :)

My patient then called me and reported that after I began the treatment session, the pain has gradually decreased, and then she suddenly felt a sharp pain (exactly corresponding to the time I had a little accident with the needle in my finger) and the migraine pain instantly disappeared.

Later on, I treated this women again, using distance healing with Su-Jok, and that time I used a dummy hand to stick needles in, deploying the basic system of correspondence of the Su-Jok therapy, imaging a head of my patient. And this time the healing occurred in the same way, but this time having my hands free of needles.

This shows really well how the power of intention works. You can do it with your own finger, a dummy one and even having it fully imagined in your head.
