Headache medicine is often very harmful to your body, and while it helps relieve the pain, its side-effects often hurt other important for well-being systems and in the long run you have to cope with new issues, caused by the medicine. Moreover, if the same drug is taken on a regular basis (e.g., if you suffer from a chronic migraine) your body develops tolerance to it and that drug often stops working, making you increase dosage or try other even worse drugs.<\/p>\n<p>Now I would like to explain how you could get rid of headaches or migraines in a matter of several minutes on your own or with a help of a partner. Before we continue please find a little stick with a not too sharp edge (a toothpick with a broken sharp edge will do).<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Getting Rid Of The Forehead Headache<\/h2>\n<p>Let&#8217;s begin with the case where you have a headache in your forehead area.<\/p>\n<p>Find on the thumb of the left or the right hand the most painful point in an area corresponding to a frontal part of the head as shown in the following picture.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/alternativefelix.com\/healing\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/06\/the-area-corresponding-to-a-frontal-part-of-the-head-on-the-left-thumb.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-63\" title=\"the-area-corresponding-to-a-frontal-part-of-the-head-on-the-left-thumb\" src=\"https:\/\/alternativefelix.com\/healing\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/06\/the-area-corresponding-to-a-frontal-part-of-the-head-on-the-left-thumb-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"the-area-corresponding-to-a-frontal-part-of-the-head-on-the-left-thumb\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/alternativefelix.com\/healing\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/06\/the-area-corresponding-to-a-frontal-part-of-the-head-on-the-left-thumb-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/alternativefelix.com\/healing\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/06\/the-area-corresponding-to-a-frontal-part-of-the-head-on-the-left-thumb.jpg 567w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Press this point with a moderate effort and begin a slow rotation of the stick in two directions. Do not think &#8220;i want pain to go away&#8221;, but &#8220;I feel good&#8221;. If you think about pain, you will get pain.<\/p>\n<p>If the pain doesn&#8217;t go away massage a few extra points as shown on the following picture. Massage the points with the constant moderate effort while slightly rotating the thumb, without moving it. You can use a band-aid to keep the grains in place.<\/p>\n<h2>Getting Rid Of The Headache On Sides Of The Head<\/h2>\n<p>Apply the same techniques as described earlier using the following stick would do the trick.<\/p>\n<p>The techniques used here are based on Su-Jok Therapy, but the good thing is that you don&#8217;t need to know anything about it to get rid of pain.<\/p>\n<p>If you
