The following instructions are on how to quickly eliminate this eyelid infection using one or two Su Jok treatments.

Case Study

I will use a real case with my patient who?got rid of a?Stye in the left eye in 2 days.

This is the photograph of his left eye with the stye on the upper eyelid before the treatment. As you can see the eyelid is swollen and the patient also experienced pain and couldn’t look up, as the swollen eyelid was getting in the way – so it was causing a lot of discomfort.

This is the photograph of the same eye 2 days later, where you can see that the inflammation is almost gone and the pain and discomfort are no longer experienced.

Diagnosis and Su Jok Treatment

Diagnosis:

Stye is the inflammation process of the eyelid. Su Jok Therapy in this case observes an excess of heat and humidity energies.

Treatment:

Part 1. According to TCM?liver has a close?relationship with the eyes. This is an acute inflammation process and therefore first I decided to treat the gall-bladder meridian (AM energy), which is the yang meridian of liver. I based my treatment on?the 6-ki energy theory as can be seen in the following diagram:

In this diagram the dominating axis is Wind-Humidity. The?Hotness, Heat and Humidity Energies are in excess, and Wind, Coldness and Dryness energies are deficient. The goal of this treatment therefore is to reduce the inflammation by reducing?Hotness?(inflammation) and Humidity (oedema) Energies. At the same time we need to increase the energy of the Wind and Coldness. Here is how this is done with Su Jok needles on the left hand of the patient (I work on the left hand since the stye is on the left eyelid).

Part 2. In parallel I also used a symptomatic treatment of the eye by stimulating the corresponding point of the left thumb with needles as you can see in the following photograph:

I repeated these 2 procedures on both days. The results were very positive – the pain has completely disappeared and the inflammation was mostly gone. See the photographs of the eye before and after the treatment.

Calendula Flower Infusion Eye Wash

To support and speed up the healing process I also recommended using a Calendula (Marigold) flowers infusion.

Add a spoonfull of the dry calendula herb to a glass of hot water and let it steep for 10 minutes. Once it cools down to room temperature it can be applied to the eye with the help of cotton ball dipped into the glass with the infusion. Gently soak the eye with it for a short period of time (30 secs or so) by tilting??the head back and putting the infusion-soaked cotton ball over the eye. Repeat several times a day.

Whatever your problem is don’t rush to go and get a eyeglasses prescription, instead try to improve your eyesight by yourself. Getting glasses is like taking drugs, instead of taking care of the cause of the problem, glasses only help deal with manifestation of the problem.

The following techniques from Su Jok will help you improve your vision.

Self-Treatment Technique

Start with massage of points on your hand according to figure 1.

Using a little stick with a not too sharp edge (a toothpick with a broken sharp edge, ball pen without ink and will do). Press these points with a moderate effort and begin a slow rotation of the stick in two directions. Do this procedure 1-2 times a day.

Next using a red felt tip marker paint those points you’ve just massaged (figure 1). Do this procedure 3 times a week.

Do this treatment for a month then make a break for a few weeks and if your sight doesn’t improve repeat the treatment for another month.

Note: You can apply the treatment to either hand (or both), but Su Jok therapy recommends? the right hand for women and the left one for men.

Case Study

A patient of mine, 45-year-old woman told to me that her daughter had a conjunctivitis virus and after a while my patient caught this illness as well. Hers eyes were very red, purulent and her eyesight drastically worsened. She was treated by her oculist and in two weeks the virus went away, but her sight gotten even worse. The patient complained that everything seems to be foggy to her. Her doctor told that process of sight restoration can take up to two years. She was in a shock because her specialty was pedicure and manicure and she couldn’t do her work without her good eye vision.

She was in despair and I suggested to treat her using Su Jok technique.

Diagnosis

According to Su Jok theory a decrease of a sharp sight is connected to an excess of Dryness or Coldness energy.
Conjunctiva of eye has to do with Heat energy in structure of Liver meridian. Therefore the aim of the treatment was to reduce of subbranch Dryness of Heat branch of the UM-Wind energy.

Treatment

According to my diagnosis I performed acupuncture on byol meridians and on points corresponding to eyes in the different corresponding systems ( figure 2 ).

In addition I told her to apply grains of black pepper on corresponding points at home.

I did three sessions of this treatment. After first session her sight improved by about 30%, after second session she could see almost normally and after the third one her sight was completely restored.

My patient was very surprised that the whole treatment took just a single week, whereas her doctor predicted a very long recovery period.
