Of course, the best thing to do is to see a dentist. However, in cases when you can’t do that, whether it’s due to circumstances or when the toothache appears suddenly, or even when you did visit a dentist and it didn’t help getting rid of the pain, in those cases it is possible to relieve or even completely get rid of the toothache with the help of Su-Jok Therapy.
Where To Find Acupressure Points That Will Help You To Get Rid Of The Toothache?
The most effective way to control toothache is to apply pressure on points that are located around your thumb nail. You will have to find which acupressure point is corresponding to your aching tooth. If the aching tooth is located in the lower jaw, then its corresponding acupressure point will be located near the end of the nail (i.e. edge of the finger). If on the other hand, the ache located on the upper jaw, then the fitting acupressure point will be located near the root of the nail, i.e. where it starts to grow. [Read more →]
A female client of mine told me that her husband has passed away recently. He was not old of age. This couple had no children and after her husband’s death my client had no relatives left in this world.
Her husband was a teacher. One day at a party he suddenly lost the ability to speak, and he couldn’t recognize his whereabouts. It never happened before. Doctors diagnosed him with a brain tumor after that incident. And the tumor was removed surgically.
That’s when the battle again the decease started. In the beginning all was quite good. He was even able to go back to work, but within a few month his condition got worse. My client had to leave her job to look after her husband. They tried everything they could to help him get him better, but it was all in vain. In a few months he died while he was at a hospital.
I met this women before, and when I saw her this time I couldn’t recognize her. She became thin and looked quite unwell.
After the husband’s death my client got into a deep depression. She felt she had no reasons left to live. Eventually this feeling became dull, but she still had insomnia, apathy and absence of appetite. That’s when she approached me looking for help.
A 55 year old woman, came to me complaining about a sudden deterioration of her fingernails. Her fingernails were indeed fragile, soft and easily bent. She couldn’t associate this sudden deterioration of her fingernails with any recent event or a specific medicine. She also complained about issues with her digestion, constipations, bad sleep, occasional hot flashes and a sense of cold in her back.
First I performed a computer test using the TestBalance device, according to Su Jok theory. You can see the results of the test on figure 1. [Read more →]
Insomnia is characterized by persistent difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep despite having all the conditions conducive to normal sleep. It’s a symptom of a sleeping disorder. Due to lack of sleep, insomniacs typically suffer from functional impairment while awake.
Insomnia could happen because of neuroses, some cardiovascular and mental diseases and also due to damages of brain formations regulating correct alternation of a dream and wakefulness.
Normally healthy people could also have an occasional insomnia which could appear after a physical or intellectual over strain, exhaustion, or due to strong emotions.
It is possible and necessary to cope with this disease. But ideally without the pills, as they don’t help to bring a normal sleep, which must include dreaming, and also pills can create a dependency and the body could create a tolerance to drugs, requiring an increased dosage.
Therefore I would like to offer simple and accessible to everyone ways to get rid of insomnia without resorting to medicine.

It’s known that in order to have a healthy life you needs to have a strong immune system. Your immune system takes care of eliminating most of the illnesses before they manifested themselves and it’s the one that helps you recover quickly from an illness if it happened anyway.
You probably heard that in order to have a strong immune system you need to avoid smoking (including passive smoking), moderate alcohol consumption, keep low stress levels and most importantly — follow a healthy diet.
However it’s also known that the immune system’s strength naturally diminishes with years, which explains why older generations are so prone to illnesses. Therefore it’s really critical to strengthen your immune system as you get older.
Now I’m going to explain how you could strengthen your immune system using techniques from Su Jok.
The hemorrhoids are varicose expansion of hemorrhoid veins (an abnormally swollen vein ) in the anus or rectum.
This is one of the most widespread diseases. Symptoms of this disease include bleeding rectum, loss of hemorrhoidal bolus, accompanied by itching, inflammation and sometimes thrombosis. According to statistics women, and men are equally susceptible to hemorrhoids.
The chronic hemorrhoids behave cyclically, i.e. the condition improves and deteriorates in cycles. However left without a serious treatment this illness gradually progresses and can suddenly take the acute form which could lead to thrombosis.
The acute form of disease is characterized by a strong splitting pain and a sensation of having an alien object in rectum. These sensations are very acute during bowel movement, walking and sitting.
In my experience abdominal muscles are the hardest to maintain in good shape. This is even harder for women. It works in the best way if this is being done from the young age. It’s much harder to do if you weren’t paying attention to it and now decided to get a flat stomach and trim your waistline.
Why we need to keep our stomachs flat?
The obvious reason – is to look “good”, the less obvious one is to be healthy. Having a flat stomach helps prevent injuries and various diseases that can otherwise develop.
Before you even start the process on getting your stomach flat, it’s very important to set the intention and visualise your stomach flat. Your sub-consciousness will play a big part in this process and it’ll do everything to bring you to the image you’ve created. So every time you start exercises, see yourself the way you want to look.
Back pain – one of the most widespread diseases in the world. According to statistic 80% of population of all globe suffer from back pain. This number is not surprising, since most of us lead a sedentary lifestyle, eat incorrectly, walk, sit and stand in bad posture, and many hardly do any physical activity.
The interesting thing is that back pain in not really a disease on its own independent, it’s actually only a symptom that your body is unhealthy.
For those of us who stays in the same bad posture for extended periods of time and performs a monotonous job, back pain could be accompanied by a sharp muscular spasm.
The condition usually begins with a sudden sharp pain in a waist, less often with some dull pain which eventually grows into sharp pain. When this happens the person cannot bend or unbend, back muscles are very strained, painful and a slightest movement or a physical pressure could aggravate the pain. Trunk mobility becomes very limited. The pain is often unilateral. Pressing around the waist area causes sharp pain.
Now let’s talk about how you could help yourself in case you get back pain.

Quite a few of us suffer from bad eyesight. Some developed that during their childhood, while reading too much with a flashlight at nights, others have been progressively losing their sight with age. Bad eyesight can have different manifestations – some can’t see well at a distance, others can’t see close objects unaided.
Whatever your problem is don’t rush to go and get a eyeglasses prescription, instead try to improve your eyesight by yourself. Getting glasses is like taking drugs, instead of taking care of the cause of the problem, glasses only help deal with manifestation of the problem.
The following techniques from Su Jok will help you improve your vision.
There are probably not many people who haven’t at least once in their lives “caught” an acute viral nasopharyngitis, also known as acute coryza, usually referred to as the common cold.
It’s probably safe to say that this is the most common disease. The cold, nasal congestion, sore throat, cough and accompanying problems such as headaches and discomfort are symptoms of this acute respiratory disease.
While it’s possible to treat this disease, the best is to avoid getting it in first place, in particular for children, who have the hardest time coping with it.
Su Jok therapy has some simple techniques one can use to prevent and to get rid of this disease.
