In this article we are going to deal with neck pain. Many people suffer from this problem. Quite often the pain starts when you wake up in the morning and can’t turn your head due to a sharp neck pain or stiffness. At other times it may happen when you move your head suddenly. Playing sports is another source of getting a neck pain.
Two precautions before we delve into this unpleasant issue.
- Do not let people who don’t know what they are doing touch your neck (while trying to help you). Make sure they know what they’re doing before you let them to.
- Make sure you pay a visit to orthopedist and do all the necessary checks. Do not leave this issue untreated!
Now, I’d like to teach you how you could get rid of neck pain on your own.
Technique To Eliminate Neck Pain By Yourself
Let’s begin with heating up from the areas corresponding to the neck (figures 1 and 2).
The best way to accomplish that is by using moxa. Read here about Moxa if you are unfamiliar with it. See figures 3 and 4.
Repeat this procedure 3-5 times on each area twice a day.
Carry out massage of area corresponding to the neck on the fingers using a spring ring (see figure 5).
You can order the spring ring from Internet. If you can’t find one use an ordinary elastic band. Make little movements along the finger in the necks area. At the same time it’s good to turn your head slowly from side to side.
Do this procedure a few times a day.
This step involves application of buckwheat seeds to the necks area on the different corresponding systems as shown on figures 6, 7 and 8. Replace these seeds every 10-12 hours.
Repeat this procedure until the neck pain goes away and your neck feels normal again.
As you can tell from my articles quite often I use the Su Jok therapy, since it’s very effective and absolutely safe. I have cured many people suffering from neck pains using the technique I presented here.
To conclude here is recent neck pain case that I treated using this technique:
A 80-year-old women had been suffering from neck pain for the last 4 years. She came to me after having woken up in the morning and not being able to turn her head. Her cervical muscles were tight and hurting.
First I found painful points on the areas corresponding to the neck on the different corresponding systems. See figures 1 and 2:
Next I heated them up using Moxa. See figures 3 and 4:
Then I massaged these areas using a spring ring as it can be seen in figure 5
and then I did acupuncture of the painful points, see figures 9 and 10
The next step was to apply seeds to the painful points. See figures 6, 7 and 8.
I asked my patient to not remove the seeds till the next day.
On the next day she felt must better and could turn the head to one side.
I repeated the same treatment and added a treatment according to six-ki energy.
This treatment was necessary for reducing of her cervical muscles crick. According to Su Jok theory a crick happens due to excess of Coldness energy and therefore it was necessary to reduce this energy in the neck area to reduce the pain.
After 5 sessions of this combined treatment the pain was gone.
