A 35-year old woman, my patient, came to me with a strong pain over the left eye. The pain was throbbing in character and aggravated when lying down. She lived near my house and therefore she was able to come to me as soon as she had the pain.

Earlier I treated her for back problems. Also she was inclined to depression in connection with a problem in her family.

Anger Leads to Epigastric Pain

June 9, 2008 by admin | No Comments | Filed in Jin-Shin, Stomach Disorders, Su Jok

My patient came to me with her 14-year old daughter. The girl had been suffering from epigastric pain for a year. (Epigastric pain” means pain in the stomach area.) During the epigastric pain sometimes there was a headache. At age of 12 the girl had the Gall Bladder removal operation. Her mom recalls that in her early childhood the girl often expressed anger and used to be very irritable.

The girl was very worried before the first treatment and refused to do acupuncture.

Her mom thought that some of the medicine her daughter took could have been the cause of the pain, but she couldn’t figure which one if any was at fault.

Gluten Found To Be The Reason For Allergy Attacks

June 8, 2008 by admin | No Comments | Filed in Allergy, Jin-Shin

A 54 year-old woman had been suffering from a strong allergy which manifested as a strong skin itch in the wrist area and a strong stomach swelling, especially in the evenings.

After the course treatment of cortisone preparations failed to deal with the condition, and since none of the other conventional medicine she had tried before worked, she contacted me.

She told me that she had been suffering from a climacteric syndrome since the age of 49.

Based on the previous experience I’ve decided to check whether she might be allergic to gluten. Gluten is known to cause an allergic reaction to people who are sensitive to it. Gluten is a usual ingredient in bread and other flour-based products.

Using Su Jok to Cope with Emotional Problems

June 7, 2008 by admin | No Comments | Filed in Depression, Su Jok

Here is the letter which I’ve recently received from a 45 year old woman, who is a patient of mine.

Reasons for Seeking Treatment

I started a new job as an office manager in a hospital. This meant a big change in the work environment for me, as I had worked in a high-tech company before. I wanted to work in an organization that helps people but I was not emotionally prepared for the daily close encounter with disease and suffering. I had to go through an emotional adjustment process. My boss was a senior physician, nervous and tired, frustrated and disappointed with his own life. He was extremely difficult to work with: Screaming at everyone all day long, constantly complaining about everything: From the poor professional performance of his employees to the uncivilized behavior of the human kind at this day and age. When it came to administrative skills he was absent minded, unorganized and inefficient. He gave me a lot of work, which I was prepared to do, but disrupted my work constantly by calling me in to his office for every little thing, sometimes twenty times an hour. The negative energy he projected was destructive for me. Writing these lines makes me wonder why I didn’t leave the job right away?..

A sixty year old woman, has been recently suffering from a strong bronchitis, which was formed after she had a flu. Her cough was so strong that she had run to a washroom after each attack and these attacks were very frequent. The X-ray of the lungs did not show any inflammation. In addition she had severe pains in the right part of her thorax which were aggravated at a sigh. She has been very upset since she had been ill for more two months without any signs of improvement.

I agreed to treat her, and requested that she came to see me several days in a row.

Su-Jok Therapy helps Mother Recover from Depression after her Son’s Death

June 1, 2008 by admin | No Comments | Filed in Depression, Su Jok

L.58 years old, lives in Moscow. Recently her son died from cancer. He was only 37 years old. He left two small kids (ages of two and four) and a young wife. Two women stayed alone.

Both women were so devastated that they couldn’t talk or see other people. They couldn’t work and won’t even eat. The mother was an old family friend. We were trying to support them, but not much was changing, as the pain was so unbearable. L. was in a deep depression and wasn’t open to help.

One day I decided to try Su JoK Therapy for distance healing, (because we don’t live in the same country).

Attacking the Migraine Attack

June 1, 2008 by admin | No Comments | Filed in Migraine, Su Jok

One of my patients, a forty years old woman, suffers from chronic back pain and severe migraines.

Recently she has called me and complained about having an unbearable migraine. As I couldn’t meet with her in person at that moment, I decided to perform distance healing using Su-Jok.

Using my own finger I found a painful point corresponding to the areas of pain according to Su-Jok therapy and put needles there.

After that I went on with my affairs and for a while have forgotten about the needles on my finger. A casual movement has inserted one of the needles deeper inside and I immediately felt pain and pulled the needles out, realizing that it wasn’t such a good idea to walk around with needles stuck in my hand :)
