Fear is an emotional response to threats and danger. This unpleasant sensation shows up regardless whether the threats is real or just perceived as such. Moxa is a special “cigar” used in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) for heating acupuncture points.

Where to Buy Moxa

You can buy one in your local TCM shop (if you have a Chinatown, you will have such a shop for sure). And if you can’t find one locally it shouldn’t be too hard to buy one online. Often it’s referred to as “Acupuncture Moxa“. Some are better than others. And the “Smokeless Moxa” version is probably the best.

If you can’t get any, you can use a normal cigar.

There are many kinds of bad habits which fall into various categories, but here we will concentrate on the category known in Su Jok as “surplus of desire”. Some of us smoke, others drink, yet other eat a little bit too much. If you start paying attention to when those bad habits kick in, you will most likely notice that it’s when you feel anxious about something. You probably use drinking, eating, smoking or else to kill that other emotion that you feel uncomfortable about.

How To Get Rid Of A Headache | Self Healing Techniques Series

Pharmaceutical companies and some of the western medicine practitioners don’t want you know that you are a healer by birth and that you can help yourself without helping those companies get richer, while making you dependent on them. Therefore the aim of the following articles is to empower you and help you be less dependent on others and be in charge of your own health.

A simple example that shows that you’ve got healing hands is to remember the last time you stubbed a finger or hurt any body part — you will probably remember that you’ve grabbed and squeezed that body part with a healthy hand. You do that automatically without thinking. This is because you’ve got “healing hands” as we all do. The only missing part is a little bit of a belief, which goes a long way towards your healing process. Because intention matters the most.
